The team

Camille Billard practises exclusively in French employment law. She trained at Bredin Prat, Willkie Farr & Gallagher and L&P Avocats, then co-founded Milestone Avocats, where she led the employment team, before founding CSB Avocats.

She advises and represents companies, senior employees and executives. Her work includes negotiations, individual disputes, remuneration, collective relations and the employment implications of business transformation.

She contributes to Option Finance, Option Droit & Affaires, Lamy Droit des affaires, Lamy social and Actuel RH. She is a member of the International Bar Association and the European Employment Lawyers Association.

A member of the Paris Bar since 2022, Levana Chemla holds a Master 2 in employment law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, together with a Master 1 in employment law and a degree in private law from the same university.

She advises and acts in disputes involving individual and collective employment relations, reorganisations and executive matters. She assists French and international companies and also represents employees in departure negotiations.

She practised at Milestone Avocats before joining CSB Avocats.

Florence Bernier-Debbabi is an employment law legal professional. Her work includes legal research, analysis of legislation and case law, and preparation of matters, particularly litigation.

She is the author of « Le Petit Paie » and « Le Petit RH », published by Dunod, and contributes to Lamy Liaisons’ « Cahiers des DRH ». She helps design and deliver training for human resources departments, finance teams and management.
