Preparing the announcement
The announcement is a distinct stage from any procedure that may follow. The firm works with management on the conduct of the meeting and the information that may be communicated at that point.
It prepares talking points for the company executive or other person leading the discussion. These address the topics to cover, likely questions and wording to avoid so that a decision is not prejudged where it must follow a prescribed procedure.

Negotiations and documents
Where a negotiated resolution is sought, CSB Avocats conducts discussions with the executive’s legal adviser. Negotiations may address timing, financial terms, deferred remuneration, non-compete obligations, duties until departure and communications.
